Order processing time
Most of our products are created to order – it normally takes 2-5 working days (excluding weekends) to prepare any order.
Please note that all prints are produced to order, so please take this into account when calculating your desired delivery date. We can expedite the production of some orders, so again, please contact us if your order is urgent before placing it.
Lost or damaged items
All shipments we make are insured by our on-demand production suppliers such as Amazon, INPRNT, PRINTFUL. If your items arrive damaged or are lost in transit, please email us and we will investigate your specific situation to find a suitable solution.
Our suppliers ship all items to the address you provide, so please double check the order confirmation email to make sure the address is correct. Liluz Arts Studio is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the order or “order delivered” notification. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for your order.
